Adding M.O.D.O.K. with Abomination activates the 'Cubical Mates' synergy bonus where M.O.D.O.K. takes 50% less Poison Damage and Abomination deals 50% more Poison Damage. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding M.O.D.O.K. with Angela activates the 'Romance' synergy bonus, increasing 'Power Gain' for the whole team.

Adding M.O.D.O.K. with Captain America activates the 'Nemesis' synergy bonus, increasing 'Attack' for the whole team.

Adding M.O.D.O.K. with Deadpool activates the 'Chair Larceny' synergy bonus where M.O.D.O.K's Maximum Flux increases by 25% plus Gwenpool and Deadpool each get +10% Bleed duration. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding M.O.D.O.K. with Doctor Octopus activates the 'Masterminds' synergy bonus, increasing 'Attack' once a combo of 15 or more hits are reached.

Add Domino to a team with M.O.D.O.K. to activate the 'Better Luck Next Time' synergy bonus where Bleed abilities for M.O.D.O.K. last 2 seconds longer and if Domino never hit with a Special Attack while both Lucky and Unlucky were active, then she has a 2% chance to activate them during her next fight. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Red Skull to a team with M.O.D.O.K. to activate the 'Dark Illuminati' synergy bonus where all Villains in your team gain +20% Armor. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding M.O.D.O.K. with Taskmaster activates the 'Advanced Idea Mechanics' synergy bonus where M.O.D.O.K.'s Force Field recharges 1 second(s) faster and Taskmaster deals 15% more Bleed damage. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding M.O.D.O.K. with Ultron activates the 'Singularity' synergy bonus where M.O.D.O.K. gets to Crit after 5 stacks instead of 7 whilst Ultron gets +115 Critical Damage. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.
