Mephisto Synergy Guide

Add Black Widow (Claire Voyant) to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Fire and Forget' synergy bonus so that whenever the Opponent of Black Widow (Claire Voyant) or Mephisto is immune to Incinerate they’re inflicted with a Slow Debeuff for 8 seconds reducing the Ability Accuracy of Unstoppable and Evade effects by 100%. This Debuff does not stack and will not trigger if the Opponent has natural Class advantage. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Blade to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Demon Hunter' synergy bonus where Mephisto reduces their opponent's Energy Resistance by 30% and Blade expands his Danger Sense bonuses to include all Mystic Champions. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Diablo to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Legion Accursed' synergy bonus where Diablo gets to recover 1 Ironskin after winning 1 Fight and Mephisto gains 40% of a Power bar when a Poison Debuff would be gained. Cooldown 10 seconds. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding Mephisto with Doctor Strange activates the 'Pact with a Demon' synergy bonus where Mephisto gets +70% Incinerate Energy Damage and Doctor Strange heals an additional 70% with Life Steal. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding Mephisto with Dormammu activates the 'Demons' synergy bonus where both Mephisto and Dormammu gain +80% Energy Resistance while they are taking Damage over time. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding Mephisto with Ghost Rider activates the 'Pact with a Demon' synergy bonus where Mephisto gets +70% Incinerate Energy Damage whilst Ghost Rider gets +10% Attack at the start of the fight. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Guillotine 2099 to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Nemesis' synergy bonus, increasing 'Attack' for the whole team.

Add Hela to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Hell Lords' synergy bonus where Mephisto regains the first Soul spent to trigger his Soul Imprisonment each fight and Hela gets to begin the fight with 1 bar of Power. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding Mephisto with Morningstar activates the 'Soul Seeker' synergy bonus where Morningstar gets to start the fight with 1 bar of Power and Mephisto gains +1 Soul at the beginning of the fight. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Omega Red to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Deadly Presence' synergy bonus where Death Field for Omega Red deals 10% more damage while Aura of Incineration for Mephisto deals 15% more damage. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add She-Hulk to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Enemies' synergy bonus, increasing 'Critical Rating' for the whole team.

Add Silver Surfer to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Enemies' synergy bonus, increasing 'Critical Rating' for the whole team.

Add Sunspot to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Enemies Lv. 3' synergy bonus where all Champions gain +125 Critical Rating which is increased up to +325 based on Sunspot's Signature Level.

Add Symbiote Supreme to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Ancient Hunger' synergy bonus where the Special 2 effects for Symbiote Supreme trigger through block and Mephisto gets a 15% chance to trigger Aura of Incineration on Basic Attack Hits. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add The Champion to a team with Mephisto to activate the 'Enemies' synergy bonus, increasing 'Critical Rating' for the whole team. In addition The Champion activates the unique synergy 'Persistent Force' where he gets to start the fight with an Indestructible Buff if he has 3 or more Persistent Charges which ignores all incoming damage for 8 seconds. Mephisto gets +15% Attack Rating for each Persistent Charge.
