Team Black Bolt with Kang to create a perfect synergy, with each champion activating their own bonus depending on their star-rating. Black Bolt activates the 'Nemesis' synergy bonus providing additional 'Attack' for the whole team, whilst Kang adds the 'Friends' bonus, increasing 'Armor Rating' for the whole team.

When you team Black Bolt with Karnak it makes a reciprocal synergy, activating a double dose of 'Family', increasing 'Health' for the whole team depending on the star-rating of each champion.

Team Black Bolt with Medusa to create a perfect synergy, with each champion activating their own bonus depending on their star-rating. Black Bolt activates the 'Family' synergy bonus providing additional 'Health' for the whole team, whilst Medusa adds the 'Inhuman Royal Family' bonus, Medusa has her Living Strands generate up to 6 Fury Buffs and Black Bolt has his Provocation buffs become permanent instead of temporary. In addition, if you team Medusa, Black Bolt and Karnak together you get Inhuman Royal Family which increases Attack by +25% at the start of the fight. Please note Inhuman Royal Family is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Team Black Bolt with Ronan to create a perfect synergy, with each champion activating their own bonus depending on their star-rating. Black Bolt activates the 'Cosmic Supremacy' synergy bonus providing additional 'Buff Duration' for the other Cosmic champions in your team, whilst Ronan adds the 'Rivals' bonus, increasing 'Critical Damage Rating' for the whole team.
