Add Black Panther (Civil War) to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Rivals' synergy bonus, increasing 'Critical Damage Rating' for the whole team.

Add Doctor Octopus to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Biochemistry' synergy bonus where Doctor Octopus gets to start the fight with 40 Chemistry Research whilst Ant-Man reflects 40% of Physical Damage done by attacks that make contact with his Glancing Hits.

Add Falcon to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Teammates' synergy bonus, increasing 'Perfect Block' for the whole team.

Add Ghost to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Formidable Foe' synergy bonus where Ghost gets +15% Attack for each Buff she has and Ant-Man gets +15% Attack for each Debuff on the opponent. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding Ant-Man with Hulk activates the 'Friends' synergy bonus, increasing 'Armor Rating' for the whole team.

Adding Ant-Man with Iron Man activates the 'Teammates' synergy bonus, increasing 'Perfect Block' for the whole team.

Add Nick Fury to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Strategic Sabotage' synergy bonus where if Nick is alive the first 3 unblockable hits from the Opponent have a 100% chance to be Evaded, however this does not work for Nick himself. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicates.

Add Ronin to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Unlikely Combination' synergy bonus where Ronin gains +25% Block Proficiency in Guard Stance and Ant-Man has a 20% chance to inflict a Fatigue Debuff on the opponent when struck and increases the Potency of Poisons by 35%. Add Scarlet Witch (Classic) to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Teammates' synergy bonus, increasing 'Perfect Block' for the whole team.

Add Sentinel to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Science Research' synergy bonus. Reduce the duration of the target's Debuff effects on Sentinel by 50% when facing a target of the Science class. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding Ant-Man with Spider-Man (Classic) activates the 'Teammates' synergy bonus, increasing 'Perfect Block' for the whole team.

Add Wasp to a team with Ant-Man to activate the 'Friends' synergy bonus, increasing 'Armor Rating' for the whole team. In addition Wasp activates the unique synergy 'Hard to Hit', where Counter Sting is never disabled when Wasp is below 20% Health and when Ant-Man is Glancing Hits he gains 25% increased Attack for 12 seconds.
