Adding Sabretooth with Black Panther activates the 'No Mercy' synergy bonus where inflicting a Debuff with Sabretooth reduces the opponent's Ability Accuracy by 100% for 0.7 seconds whilst Black Panther gets +30% Power Rate when hitting opponents suffering from a Debuff. Adding Sabretooth with Old Man Logan activates the 'Untamed Force' synergy bonus where Sabretooth gets a 20% chance for his low-kick first Medium Attack to be Unblockable and in addition if the opponent activates an Unblockable effect as a result of this attack, it expires instantly and as for Old Man Logan, he gets +120% Regeneration Rate when hitting opponents. Add Omega Red to a team with Sabretooth to activate the 'X Assassins' synergy bonus which increases the rate Omega Red inflicts Death Spores and the length for Death Spores to be removed by 30% and the chance Basic Claw hits inflict Bleed for Sabretooth increases by 30%. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Red Guardian to a team with Sabretooth to activate the 'Magnificent Manes' synergy bonus where the potency of Fury effects for Sabretooth are increased by 10%, and for Red Guardian while the Ablative Shield is fractured, he gains an indefinite Passive Fury, granting +10% Attack Rating until the shield is repaired. Add Sasquatch to a team with Sabretooth to activate the 'Just Hair and Things' synergy bonus where Sasquatch gains +12% Attack during Wrath of Tanaraq, plus once per fight for Sabretooth throwing Special Attack 3 grants 1 Persistent charge.
