Add Colossus to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Friends' synergy bonus, increasing 'Armor Rating' for the whole team.

Adding Deadpool (X-Force) with Deadpool activates the 'Rivals' synergy bonus, increasing 'Critical Damage Rating' for the whole team.

Add Domino to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'X-Force' synergy bonus where each time Domino performs a well-timed Block, the chance for her to be Lucky increases by +10% the next time she fills her Bar of Power and Bleed for Deadpool deals 20% more damage. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Elektra to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Teammates' synergy bonus, increasing 'Perfect Block' for the whole team.

Add Goldpool to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Team Deadpool Awesome-Force' synergy bonus where Deadpool (X-Force), Goldpool and other Deadpool Champions take -20% Bleed Damage.

Add Gwenpool to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'IDOL' synergy bonus, increasing 'Attack' and 'Health' for the whole team.

Add Hit-Monkey to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Not the Face!' synergy bonus where Hit-Monkey gets to deal a burst of instant Passive Bleed Damage for 50% of his Attack if any of his Bleed effects fail to apply to the Opponent due to an Immunity, and for Deadpool (X-Force) his Special Attack 1 has a 100% chance to Bleed, dealing damage over 6 second(s) equal to 120% of his Attack Rating. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Adding Deadpool (X-Force) with Magneto (Marvel Now) activates the 'Friends' synergy bonus, increasing 'Armor Rating' for the whole team.

Add Masacre to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Inspiration' synergy bonus where Deadpool (X-Force) and Masacre increase their Critical Rating by 200 while the Opponent is Bleeding. Please note this is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Nick Fury to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Restoration Kit' synergy bonus where once per fight when a teammate is inflicted with a Bleed, Poison or Shock, if Nick is alive he will drop a Restoration Kit, Purifying the Debuff and Regenerating 10% of their max health over 3 seconds. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack and Nick cannot drop a Restoration Kit for himself.

Add Omega Red to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'X Assassins' synergy bonus which increases the rate Omega Red inflicts Death Spores and the length for Death Spores to be removed by 30% while the Power Rate for Deadpool (X-Force) increases by 25% against Bleeding Opponents. This is a Unique Synergy which does not stack with duplicate synergies.

Add Thanos to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Nemesis' synergy bonus, increasing 'Attack' for the whole team.

Add Venompool to a team with Deadpool (X-Force) to activate the 'Friends' synergy bonus, increasing 'Armor Rating' for the whole team.
